This page covers common issues and the recommended first steps before contacting support.
If the steps below do not resolve the problem, please contact us at wallet@lissi.id and include the relevant details about your device, app version, and the issue you observed.
I Cannot Install Or Update The App
Please first make sure that you are downloading the Lissi Wallet from the official Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
If the installation or update fails:
-
Restart your device
-
Retry the download or update
-
Make sure you have a stable internet connection
-
Confirm that enough free storage space is available on your device
-
Verify that your operating system version is still supported by the store release
If the issue persists, please send us:
-
Your device type
-
Your operating system version
-
The app store you are using
-

Wallet Invocation Does Not Work
If a wallet link or QR code does not open the Lissi Wallet as expected, please check the following first:
-
The installed app is up to date
-
The invocation URL is complete and valid
If the issue continues, please send us:
-
The invocation link you used
-
Whether you opened a link directly or scanned a QR code
-
Whether the flow was same-device or cross-device
-
A screenshot or screen recording of the behavior, if possible
For the supported invocation formats, see Wallet Invocation.
I Am Using A Beta Version
Beta versions may include newer functionality before it is available in the public release. They can also contain changes that are still being tested.
If you encounter an issue while using a beta build:
-
Tell us whether you are using TestFlight on iOS or the beta distribution on Google Play for Android
-
Include the exact build or app version
If the problem affects productive usage, we recommend checking whether the current public release is a suitable workaround until the issue is resolved.
