The Lissi Wallet and Lissi Wallet Pro are designed so that you have complete, exclusive control over your data.
To help you maintain access to your wallet even if you forget your Pin, the app provides a Seed Phrase (a secret sequence of words). You can use this seed phrase to safely reset your Pin and regain access to your credentials.
Because the Lissi Wallet stores all of your data and credentials strictly locally on your device, we do not have access to any of your data, your Pins or your seed phrase. Every user is responsible for keeping their pin and seed phrase safe and maintaining access to their wallet.
How to Find and Save Your Seed Phrase
We highly recommend writing down your seed phrase as soon as you set up your wallet and storing it safely.

Open your Lissi Wallet and authenticate (via Pin or biometrics).

Navigate to Settings.

Select Recovery phrase.

Follow the on-screen prompts to reveal your unique seed phrase.

Write it down exactly as shown and keep it safe.
How to Reset Your Pin Using Your Seed Phrase
If you have forgotten your Pin and cannot access the wallet using biometrics (like FaceID or fingerprint), you can use your saved seed phrase to reset it.

On the wallet login screen, tap Forgot your Pin?

Carefully enter your saved seed phrase exactly as you wrote it down.

Once verified, you will be asked if you want to set a new Pin. Click Change Pin

Enter your new 6-digit PIN twice to create and confirm it.

You can now access your wallet using your newly created Pin.
